Declaration

By sending the registration the vendor declares that the data is correct, and undertakes to follow the National Policy for Health Information Governance and Management (Ministerial Decision 85/2024), not to share or sell the data of health institutions, to hand the data and the system to the Ministry when an institution closes, and to give the Ministry access to the data when needed.
